It is the name of the fair at the church of Salvator, combined with a folk party in Zwierzyniec on the second day of Easter. The name of the fair comes from the town of Emmaus, to which Christ went after his resurrection. The main street of Salwator is filled with crowds, there are stalls, tinsel and sweet stalls. All around you can hear firecrackers, laughter and water being poured over people (the śmigus-dyngus tradition). It was a tradition to buy a clay bell hatchet. Visitors often walked from the fair to the hill of Bronisława or the Kościuszko Mound.
