There is no life outside Krakow, as Zygmunt Nowakowski called his column in 1963. It was a travesty of the old adage “Nulla salus extra Ecclesiam”. There is no salvation outside the Church. This sentence may sometimes be heard in a revised version, depending on the place and the circumstances.
