Sculptor, born in 1847, died 1921 in Kraków. As a 16-year-old student of St. Anny took part in the January Uprising. Sentenced to 4 years of exile, he was in Perm and Nikolaevsk. After his return, he studied at the SSP in Kraków in 1868-1873, and then in Munich. Author of many religious sculptures, tombstones and portraits. In Krakow, there are, among others, a medallion of T. Kościuszko on a tenement house in Rynek Główny no 40, a sculpture “Boy with a dolphin” as a tombstone of F. Kołosowski in the Franciscan church. Many of his busts of Polish kings are in the museum in Rapperswil. Son of Wojciech, brother of Maria.
