Monument to Florian Straszewski

During a walk around Krakow City Centre, you shall see that the medieval part of the city is surrounded by a park. Have you ever wondered who was the initiator of the Planty Park establishment? It was Florian Straszewski, who has been commemorated with a monument located at the outlet of Lubicz street, it is located there since 1874. The author of the sculpture is Edward Stehlik.
