Priest, Dominican, missionary, doctor of theology and philosophy. He was born in 1883 in the Opole region, died in 1257 in Kraków. He came from the powerful Odrowąż family. He studied in the Czech Republic, then in Paris and Italy. He obtained a doctorate in philosophy and theology at the University of Bologna. After returning to Poland, he was ordained a priest by Wincenty Kadłubek. Then he was appointed canon and preacher at the Wawel Cathedral. He brought the first Dominicans from Italy to Krakow. He traveled extensively and devoted himself to missionary work. He was buried in the Holy Trinity Church in Krakow.
He is credited with several miracles such as resurrecting two drowned people, restoring sight to two blind people, and healing a dying one.
